Football Preview: Stigler Panthers vs. Holland Hall Dutch
The Stigler Panthers will be playing at home against the Holland Hall Dutch at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Stigler focused on turnovers this week as the team gave up four on Friday.
Having struggled with three losses in a row, Stigler finally turned things around against Muldrow on Friday. They managed a 14-9 victory over the Bulldogs.

Stigler didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Dakota Drewry and Jackson Mccarter. Drewry has been hot recently, having also posted five or more total tackles the last three times he's played. Latch Smith was another major factor on D, picking up two sacks and making ten total tackles.
Stigler was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 240 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've managed all season.
Meanwhile, Holland Hall waltzed into their match on Friday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They claimed a resounding 43-14 win over the Pirates. Considering the Dutch have won three games by more than 28 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.
Holland Hall's victory bumped their record up to 6-3. As for Stigler, their win bumped their record up to 3-6.
