Volleyball Recap: McMullen County Comes Up Short

McMullen County's tournament run continued when they took on Shadow Creek on Thursday. The Cowboys fell 2-0 to the Sharks. The Cowboys have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

McMullen County's loss dropped their record down to 14-7. As for Shadow Creek, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-8 record this season.

McMullen County didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Dawson on the 29th. As for Shadow Creek, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Springtown on the 29th.
