The 6-foot-3 receiver will be making his decision on Tuesday evening, reportedly deciding between Cal, UCLA and Texas Tech.
Check out the MaxPreps Signing Day page for the latest info and video of top recruitsStrickland's
247 Crystal Ball currently shows Cal and UCLA tied at the top with 33% each.
However, it's worth noting that each of the last six predictions has come in favor of Cal.
If he commits to Cal, Strickland would join a recruiting class that
features talented signal-caller Ross Bowers, and would become the second
commit from Texas in Cal's 2015 recruiting class, joining Leander
product Billy McCrary III.
Strickland's fine play this fall helped lead Skyline to a 14-1 record, with its only loss coming in the playoffs against national champion Allen.
