Volleyball Recap: Palm Beach Gardens Takes a Loss

Palm Beach Gardens was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the Park Vista Cobras, falling 3-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Gators of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in March of 2024.

While Palm Beach Gardens was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Park Vista's winning margin in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-13, 25-15.

Palm Beach Gardens' loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Park Vista, they pushed their record up to 1-2 with the win, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season.

Palm Beach Gardens didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Dreyfoos School of the Arts on the 10th. As for Park Vista, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Archbishop McCarthy on the 7th.
