Volleyball Recap: East Fairmont Takes a Loss

East Fairmont was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Preston Knights. The Bees were not able to make up for their defeat to the Knights from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-12.

East Fairmont's offense was headlined by Brooke Donlin and Sara Jones, who picked up two kills apiece. They got some help from Kyah Stump and her two assists. Annie Musgrove controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

East Fairmont's loss dropped their record down to 1-20. As for Preston, their victory bumped their record up to 8-15.

East Fairmont has already played their next match (against Madonna), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Preston, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Shady Spring on the 20th.
