Softball Recap: Westlake Takes a Loss

Westlake fell victim to Northern and their airtight pitching crew on Wednesday. They came up short against the Patriots, falling 22-0. The Wolverines haven't had much luck with the Patriots recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Westlake's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Northern, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Westlake is set to face off against their familiar foe North Point at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Northern will square off against rival Lackey at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
