Preview: The Academy Wildcats vs. Jefferson Academy Jaguars

On Tuesday, The Academy was beaten by Kent Denver 72-41. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for The Academy in their matchups with Kent Denver: they've now lost four in a row.
Meanwhile, Jefferson Academy strolled past Prospect Ridge Academy with points to spare on Tuesday, taking the game 41-27. The victory was just what Jefferson Academy needed coming off of a 54-32 loss in their prior match.
The Academy has been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-14 record this season. As for Jefferson Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 12-6 record this season.
The Academy took a serious blow against Jefferson Academy in their previous matchup back in January, falling 52-21. The game was all but decided by halftime, at which point The Academy was down 33-8.
