Volleyball Game Preview: Georgetown Royals vs. Lynnfield Pioneers

Georgetown hasn't had much luck against Lynnfield recently, but that could start to change on Monday. The Royals will be playing at home against the Pioneers at 5:15 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Georgetown had taken Triton Regional down for two straight games at home, but that winning streak came to an end on Wednesday. The Royals fell just short of the Vikings by a score of 3-2.

Meanwhile, Lynnfield didn't have quite enough to beat North Reading on Friday and fell 3-2.

Georgetown's loss dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Lynnfield, their defeat was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 6-1 and their overall record down to 8-2.
