After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Mt. Vernon, Marion was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They blew past the South Tama County Trojans 70-32. The Wolves have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six matches by 22 points or more this season.

Marion has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 12-8 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.3 points over those games. As for South Tama County, their defeat was their seventh straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-20.

Marion wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 61-50 loss against Clear Creek-Amana on the 14th.
