Softball Recap: Perkins Pirates vs. South Central Trojans
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Norwalk, Perkins was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They put the hurt on the South Central Trojans with a sharp 19-4 win. That looming 19-4 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Pirates yet this season.
Perkins got a great performance from Maycee Bohn as she tossed five innings while giving up just two earned (and two unearned) runs off seven hits.

On the hitting side, Hannah Koelsch was a standout: she got on base in all five of her plate appearances with one home run, six RBI, and two runs.
