Softball Recap: Halifax Academy Takes a Loss

Halifax Academy lost against Central Virginia Homeschool Athletic Association back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Vikings fell 7-3 to the Patriots. The Vikings have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Halifax Academy saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Teagan Hamill, who went 1-for-3 with one RBI.

Halifax Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 6-10-1. As for Central Virginia Homeschool Athletic Association, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-4.

Halifax Academy will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Faith Christian at 6:30 p.m. on the 28th. As for Central Virginia Homeschool Athletic Association, they will take on South County at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday.
