League recap: Lee's Summit West tops Ruskin to extend winning streak

Lee's Summit West extended the longest winning streak in Suburban - Red this week by beating Ruskin, 50-6. The victory was the eighth in a row for the team.

Park Hill South's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Panthers feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Shaefer Schuetz. has thrown for 568 yards and eight touchdowns this season, while Craig Scott has 37 catches for 451 yards. Myles Hammonds leads the league in rushing with 609 yards.

A big matchup in the league this week will be when Lee's Summit West takes on Truman. Royce Boehm's team is currently in first, while the Patriots are in fifth.

The Titans led Suburban - Red in scoring this week after putting up 50 points on the Golden Eagles.
