Baseball Recap: Oregon Comes Up Short

Oregon was the 6-3 winner over Waunakee when they last played one another on Tuesday, but their luck changed this time around. The Panthers fell just short of the Warriors by a score of 3-2 on Thursday. That's two games in a row now that the Panthers have lost by just one run.

Oregon's defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Waunakee, their victory bumped their record up to 3-6.

Coming up, Oregon will venture away from home to square off against Mount Horeb at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Waunakee, they will host Madison Memorial at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
