Basketball Recap: Clinton Central Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Clinton Central can now relate to. They took a 58-42 bruising from the Frontier Falcons on Tuesday. The Bulldogs' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it 17 in a row.

Clinton Central's loss dropped their record down to 1-21. As for Frontier, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-7 record this season.

Clinton Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Frontier, they will square off against Traders Point Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Traders Point Christian is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 50.8 points per game this season.
