Georgia high school football playoffs: State championship schedule, scores

Georgia State University's Center Parc Stadium to host title games Dec. 28-30.
The high school football season in Georgia will come to a close Dec. 28-30 with state championship games in eight classifications set to be played at Center Parc Stadium in Atlanta. Five teams will carry unbeaten records into their final game.
In the AAAAAAA final, nationally-ranked Grayson (13-0) takes on Collins Hill (12-2). Grayson, No. 3 in this week's MaxPreps Top 25, has outscored its playoff opposition 143-6 and is a strong favorite to bring home its first state title since 2016.
The AAAA championship game will feature a pair of unbeatens as Jefferson (14-0) meets Marist (12-0). Like Grayson, Marist has had a dominant playoff run, outscoring opponents 151-7 with a 42-0 blasting of Bainbridge in the semifinals. The road has been a little rougher for Jefferson, who survived one-score games with Carver (Columbus) and Benedictine in the last two rounds.
Other unbeatens heading into the title game include Oconee County (12-0) in AAA and Fitzgerald (14-0) in AA.
