Volleyball Recap: Dade County Takes a Loss

Dade County lost against Armuchee on Saturday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Wolverines fell just short of the Indians by a score of 2-1.

Dade County's offense was headlined by Caroline Bell and Zabree Campbell, who picked up six kills apiece. They got some help from Harper Lynch and her ten assists. Taylor Shrader controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Dade County's loss dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Armuchee, the win (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 11-3.

Coming up, Dade County will square off against Oakwood Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Armuchee, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Sand Rock on the 23rd.
