The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Wolves considering their one-run performance the matchup before.

Lil Bird made a splash while hitting and pitching. He tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Bird was also big at the plate, scoring three runs and stealing Two bases. while getting on base in five of his six plate appearances. He also hit a double, marking his first of the season.
