Recap: Curry Yellowjackets vs. Dora Bulldogs

The Curry Yellowjackets's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their ninth straight loss. They were the victim of a rough 57-36 loss at the hands of Dora. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Curry in their matchups with Dora: they've now lost four in a row.

Dora can attribute much of their success to Camdan Hines, who scored 19 points along with five steals. Those five steals set a new season-high mark for him. Joshua Harrison was another key contributor, scoring eight points along with seven rebounds.

Curry bumped their record down to 1-16 with that defeat, which was their fifth straight at home. As for Dora, their win bumped their record up to 6-9.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Curry will square off against Cordova at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Cordova is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last three games. Dora's road trip will continue as they head out to face Oak Grove at 7:00 p.m. on January 11th. Oak Grove is coming into the match on a six-game losing streak.
