Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Mammoth). They never let the Desert Scorpions onto the board and left with a 14-0 victory on Tuesday. Give the Huskies' defense some credit: that's the team's third straight shutout.

Mammoth is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 5-4-2 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 24 goals over those five matches. As for Desert, they dropped their record down to 1-8 with the loss, which was their fifth straight on the road.

Coincidentally, Mammoth and Desert will both be playing Rosamond the next time they take the pitch. Desert will head out to face Rosamond at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, while Mammoth will host them at 5:00 p.m. on January 21st.
