Soccer Game Preview: Rabun County vs. Union County

Rabun County hasn't had much luck against Union County recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Wildcats will take on the Panthers at 7:00 p.m.

On Tuesday, Rabun County didn't have quite enough to beat Fannin County and fell 2-1. That's two games in a row now that Rabun County have lost by just one goal.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Union County challenged Franklin County on Tuesday. The Panthers never let the Lions get on the board and left with a 2-0 victory. Two seems to be a good number for Union County as the team scooped up a win with the same number of goals in their previous game.

Union County's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Rabun County, their loss dropped their record down to 0-3.

Rabun County came up short against Union County in their previous matchup back in March of 2022, falling 2-0. Can the Wildcats avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
