Softball Recap: Carlisle Bison vs. Rector Cougars

Carlisle had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They never let the Rector Cougars onto the board and left with a 7-0 victory on Thursday. The result was nothing new for Carlisle, who have now won 20 contests by seven runs or more so far this season.

Rector's batters probably weren't too happy with Carson Mealler, who pitched a no hitter (she gave up a single walk). Those seven innings set a new season-high mark for her.
