Baseball Recap: Caseville Takes a Loss

Caseville lost against All Saints Central back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Eagles lost 20-1 to the Cougars. The Eagles' loss continues a trend for the squad, making it 13 in a row dating back to last season.

Caseville saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Malik Stewart, who went 1-for-2 with one double and one RBI.

Caseville's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for All Saints Central, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 7-2.

Coming up, Caseville will look to defend their home field on Monday against North Huron at 4:00 p.m. The Eagles are facing the Warriors at the right time seeing as the Warriors are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for All Saints Central, they will venture away from home to challenge Glenn at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
