Softball Game Preview: Wolfe City Wolves vs. Tom Bean Tomcats

For the second straight game, Wolfe City will face off against Tom Bean. The Wolves will square off against the Tomcats at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Wolfe City is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.7 runs per game this season.

Wolfe City heads in on the heels of a playoff matchup on Thursday. They took a 4-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of Tom Bean. The Wolves' defeat signaled the end of their five-game winning streak.

Hylee Crowell spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered three earned (and one unearned) runs on six hits.
