Volleyball Recap: St. George's Comes Up Short

St. George was the 2-0 winner over Cleveland when they last played one another back in September of 2019, but their luck changed this time around. The Gryphons took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Blue Raiders on Friday.

St. George's has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-9 record this season. As for Cleveland, the win was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record up to 14-12.

Coming up, St. George's will challenge Lausanne Collegiate at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Cleveland, they will be staying on the road on Saturday to face off against Briarcrest Christian at 8:00 a.m.
