Volleyball Recap: Kaiser Takes a Loss

Kaiser was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Rialto Knights. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Knights this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 back in August.

Kaiser's defeat dropped their record down to 14-12. As for Rialto, they have been performing well recently as they've won 13 of their last 16 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-6 record this season.

Kaiser and Rialto should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps California Rankings. The Cats will challenge Fontana at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday with a big rank advantage (455 vs. 969). Meanwhile, Rialto (ranked 403rd) will meet Jurupa Hills (ranked 830th) at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
