Basketball Recap: Melba Takes a Loss

Melba was the 52-33 winner over The Ambrose School when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Mustangs took a 55-48 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Archers on Tuesday.

Melba dropped their record down to 3-5 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road. As for The Ambrose School, with the victory, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 7-3.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Melba will face off against rival Nampa Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, The Ambrose School is set to square off against their familiar foe New Plymouth at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
