Basketball Game Preview: East Tartans vs. Oak Hill Oaks

The East Tartans will challenge the Oak Hill Oaks at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

On Tuesday, East came up short against Ohio Valley Christian and fell 46-33.

Meanwhile, Oak Hill played a tough game on Tuesday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They took a blow against Minford, falling 71-38. The defeat continues a trend for the Oaks in their matchups with the Falcons: they've now lost eight in a row.

Oak Hill's loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for East, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

East took a serious blow against Oak Hill in their previous meeting back in December of 2023, falling 70-41. That contest was all but decided by halftime, at which point East was down 37-17.
