Volleyball Recap: Rincon/University Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Rincon/University was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Salpointe Catholic Lancers. The Rangers were not able to make up for their loss to the Lancers from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

Salpointe Catholic found their leader in sophomore Reagan Burgle, who had ten digs and one assist.

Rincon/University's defeat dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Salpointe Catholic, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 7-0.

Coming up, Rincon/University will square off against Kofa at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Salpointe Catholic has already played their next game (against Orange Lutheran), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
