It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Woods Cross can now relate to. They came up short against the Olympus Titans on Wednesday, falling 10-3. The Wildcats' defeat signaled the end of their six-game winning streak.

Beau Blackwell made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with two RBI and one double.

Woods Cross' loss dropped their record down to 18-10. As for Olympus, they are on a roll lately: they've won 14 of their last 15 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-7 record this season.
