Soccer Recap: Woodlawn-B.R. Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Woodlawn-B.R. can now relate to. They came up short against the Captain Shreve Gators on Wednesday, falling 6-1. The Panthers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Gators apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in November of 2018.

Woodlawn-B.R.'s loss dropped their record down to 10-7-1. As for Captain Shreve, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 18-5-5 record this season.

Woodlawn-B.R. does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Captain Shreve has already played their next game (against Brother Martin), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
