With a playoff win on the line, Ross rose to the challenge on Friday. They really took it to the Olmsted Falls Bulldogs for the full four quarters, racking up a 69-38 win. The Little Giants' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Leading Ross to victory were Ben Waggoner and Jamiere Johnson. Waggoner rushed for 109 yards and two TDs on only six carries, while Johnson rushed for 77 yards and a pair of scores on only five carries.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Ross was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 272 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've managed all season.

Ross has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 12.0 points on average over those games. As for Olmsted Falls, their loss dropped their record down to 6-5.

Ross does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Olmsted Falls, they will face off against Avon at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Bulldogs will need to watch out since the Eagles have now posted at least 31 points in their last five contests.
