Basketball Recap: Brooklyn Community Arts & Media's Winning Streak Snapped at Five Games

After a string of five wins dating back to last season, Brooklyn Community Arts & Media's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They took a 46-31 bruising from Uncommon. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Lions of the 51-26 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in January.

Brooklyn Community Arts & Media's loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 1-1. As for Uncommon, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Brooklyn Community Arts & Media will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Medgar Evers College Prep at 5:00 p.m. on December 17th. As for Uncommon, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 47-26 win against Prospect Heights on the 10th.
