Vanguard is 9-1 against North Marion since November of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Vanguard Knights will head out on the road to face off against the North Marion Colts at 5:30 p.m.

Vanguard will head out to face North Marion after giving up their first home loss of the season on Friday. Vanguard took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Forest. Having soared to a lofty eight goals in the game before, the Knights' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Meanwhile, North Marion kept a clean sheet against Lake Weir on Wednesday. They were the clear victor by an 8-0 margin over the Hurricanes. Sabrina Forsythe was a massive factor in the win as she booted in four goals all by herself.

North Marion's victory bumped their record up to 5-9-2. As for Vanguard, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 11-2-3.

Everything went Vanguard's way against North Marion in their previous matchup back in November of 2024, as Vanguard made off with an 8-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Vanguard since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
