Basketball Game Preview: Banneker Trojans vs. Morrow Mustangs

The Banneker Trojans will challenge the Morrow Mustangs at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.

Last Tuesday, Banneker came up short against Newnan and fell 56-46. While losing is never fun, the Trojans can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 299th, while the Cougars are ranked 132nd).

Morrow fell on hard times earlier this season, but after back-to-back victories it seems like their luck might finally be changing. They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past Lovejoy 57-54.

Banneker's loss dropped their record down to 7-7. As for Morrow, their victory bumped their record up to 4-10.
