Volleyball Recap: Leading Edge Academy - GEC Takes a Loss

Leading Edge Academy - GEC was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Benjamin Franklin Chargers, falling 3-0. The Spartans were not able to make up for their defeat to the Chargers from their previous meeting back in April of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-12, 25-11, 25-18.

Leading Edge Academy - GEC's loss dropped their record down to 3-10. As for Benjamin Franklin, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 17-10.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Leading Edge Academy - GEC will take on rival Valley Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Benjamin Franklin is set to square off against their familiar foe ALA - Ironwood at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
