Volleyball Recap: Slidell Wins High-Profile Contest Against John Curtis Christian

Slidell faced John Curtis Christian in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Tigers came out on top in a nail-biter against the Patriots, sneaking past 2-1. The victory was nothing new for the Tigers as they're now sitting on four straight.

Slidell had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. The match finished with set scores of 25-27, 25-17, 15-4.
