DeWitt won the last time they faced Everett and things went their way on Thursday too. The Panthers blew past the Vikings 3-0.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: DeWitt took every set by at least ten points. The match finished with set scores of 25-7, 25-5, 25-15.

Jenna Hitchcock paced DeWitt's offense, picking up seven kills. Hitchcock got some help from Delainey Buchanen and her 27 assists. Alexa Snawder controlled things from the service line, finishing with nine aces.

DeWitt is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 16-10-1 record this season. As for Everett, they dropped their record down to 0-23 with the defeat, which was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season.

DeWitt has already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Grand Haven on the 18th. As for Everett, they will venture away from home to take on Grand Ledge at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
