New Hope-Solebury is 7-1 against Cheltenham since January of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. A feisty cat fight will be fought when the New Hope-Solebury Lions face off against the Cheltenham Panthers at 7:00 p.m.

New Hope-Solebury is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Marian Catholic just ended the team's six-game winning streak on Saturday. They fell just short of Marian Catholic by a score of 47-44. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Lions have suffered since January 4th.

Meanwhile, Cheltenham entered their tilt with Eastside last Sunday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They came out on top against the Ghosts by a score of 42-34. The 42-point effort marked the Panthers' lowest-scoring game of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Cheltenham's victory bumped their record up to 6-1. As for New Hope-Solebury, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 6-1.

New Hope-Solebury beat Cheltenham 51-41 in their previous meeting back in January. The rematch might be a little tougher for New Hope-Solebury since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
