Football Recap: Lindblom Comes Up Short

Fans were treated to a battle of the Eagles on Saturday. Lindblom fell 28-24 to Dyett. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Lindblom of the 20-7 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Although Lindblom took the loss, they still got scores from Juel Pryor, Daniele Ealy, and Gavin Tillman.

Dareon Young looked great while leading his team to the win, rushing for 48 yards and two scores.

This is the second loss in a row for Lindblom and nudges their season record down to 1-3. As for Dyett, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Lindblom didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 36-6 loss against Perspectives Leadership/IIT/Joslin/Tech on the 26th. As for Dyett, they have also already played their next matchup, a 58-18 defeat against Goode STEM Academy on the 27th.
