The Christian Learning Center Mustangs's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their fourth straight loss. They lost to Clinton Christian Academy at home by a decisive 53-38 margin. Christian Learning Center was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Clinton Christian Academy apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in December of 2023.
When it comes to explaining why Christian Learning Center lost, one person who can't be blamed is Ryan Koch. Despite the final result, he scored 11 points along with nine rebounds and two steals. That's the first time this season that Koch pulled down eight or more rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Ethan Hill, who scored ten points along with six steals.
Christian Learning Center has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost five of their last six matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-6 record this season. As for Clinton Christian Academy, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-8.

That game will pit two of the most dominant players against one another: Noah Alaniz and Easton Rhodes.
