Baseball Preview: Horizon Huskies vs. Notre Dame Prep Saints
Horizon has been on the road for two straight, but on Thursday they'll finally head home. They will take on the Notre Dame Prep Saints at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
On Wednesday, it was a hard-fought matchup, but Horizon had to settle for a 7-6 loss against Cactus Shadows.
Logan Price was a force to be reckoned with on the mound despite the final result: he struck out nine batters over 5.1 innings while giving up four earned runs off three hits. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in three consecutive pitching appearances.
