Volleyball Recap: Sabis International Comes Up Short

For whatever reason, it's the away team that's had the advantage when Sabis International and South Hadley meet (four straight games heading into this one) and that held true again on Wednesday. The Bulldogs fell just short of the Tigers by a score of 3-2. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Bulldogs of the 3-2 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2019.

Sabis International's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for South Hadley, their victory bumped their record up to 2-3.

Looking ahead, Sabis International will head out on the road to take on Veritas Prep Charter at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for South Hadley, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Commerce at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The match will give the Tigers their first taste of in-conference action this season.
