Basketball Recap: Little Chute Takes a Loss

After flying high against Bowler on Thursday, Little Chute came back down to earth. The Little Chute Mustangs had to suffer through a 56-6 loss at the hands of the Freedom Irish. The match marked the Mustangs' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Little Chute's loss dropped their record down to 1-18. As for Freedom, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 15-4.

Coming up, Little Chute will head out to challenge Stockbridge at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Freedom, they will be playing at home against Clintonville at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The timing is sure in Freedom's favor as the team sits on three straight wins at home while Clintonville has been banged up by five consecutive losses on the road.
