Baseball Recap: Southern Comes Up Short

Southern was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 11-1 to the Northern Garrett Huskies, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Huskies this season, with their most recent defeat being a 11-1 loss on Tuesday.

Southern's defeat dropped their record down to 8-10. As for Northern Garrett, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 12-5.

Southern has already played their next game (against Tucker County), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Northern Garrett, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, an 11-0 victory against Albert Gallatin on the 30th.
