Nolan Sand put up the most strikeouts he's had since back in April on Thursday. He struck out 12 batters over seven innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits (and not a single walk). Mishicot is 4-2 when Sand posts eight or more strikeouts, but 4-11 otherwise.

Coming up, Sand and Mishicot will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against Sturgeon Bay at 4:30 p.m. The Indians haven't beaten the Clippers recently, having gone 0-3 since April of 2015.
