Baseball Recap: Bryan Takes a Loss

Bryan lost against Fremont back in May of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Bears came up short against the Tigers, falling 18-1. The Bears have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Bryan saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Eddie Chavez, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base.

Bryan's record now sits at 1-5. As for Fremont, their victory ended a three-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 3-5.

Bryan wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 15-5 defeat against Westview on the 4th. As for Fremont, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 17-1 loss against Lincoln East on the 3rd.
