There's no place like home for Galloway, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Wednesday. Everything went their way against the Atlanta International Eagles on Thursday as they made off with a 3-0 win. For the Scots, this counts as revenge for the 2-1 victory the Eagles walked away with the last time they faced one another back in September of 2023.

While Galloway won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-22, 25-16.

Amelia Schlachter paced Galloway's offense, picking up 12 kills. Schlachter got some help from Cal Kastner and her 15 assists. Schlachter also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Ella Fast, each putting up three.

Galloway's record now sits at 10-13. As for Atlanta International, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-12.

Galloway wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Northwest Classical Academy on the 29th. As for Atlanta International, they will be playing at home against Clarkston at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
