Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Olathe Northwest). They never let the Shawnee Mission South Raiders get on the board and left with an 8-0 win on Tuesday. The victory was some much needed relief for the Ravens as it spelled an end to their six-game losing streak.

Olathe Northwest's win bumped their record up to 4-11-1. As for Shawnee Mission South, they now have a losing record of 7-8-2.

Coming up, Olathe Northwest will host Lawrence Free State on Thursday. The Firebirds will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something the Ravens surely won't give up without a fight.
