Soccer Recap: Somerset Prep Triumphs

Somerset Prep's game last Wednesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. They won by a goal and slipped past the Boca Raton Christian Blazers 3-2. Somerset Prep has seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw Boca Raton Christian, too.

Somerset Prep hit Boca Raton Christian with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Wilmer Diaz, Jean Piero, and Gian Paul Miranda.

Somerset Prep now has a winning record of 4-3-1. As for Boca Raton Christian, they dropped their record down to 6-4-4 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road.

Somerset Prep will face off against Victory Charter School at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Boca Raton Christian, they will square off against Lake Worth Christian at 3:45 p.m. on Thursday. Boca Raton Christian is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.2 goals per game this season.
