Volleyball Recap: Columbus Comes Up Short

Columbus lost against St. Anne-Pacelli back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Blue Devils fell just short of the Vikings by a score of 2-1.

In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, Columbus sadly dropped the once that decided the match. The final score came out to 25-19, 21-25, 15-13.

Columbus' defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for St. Anne-Pacelli, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 10-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Columbus is packing up and heading out for their first away game of the season: they will face off against Harris County on Thursday. As for St. Anne-Pacelli, they will take on Shaw at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
